Central Park Management maintains a skilled in-house maintenance company, CDW Enterprises. Our technicians provide a full range of services of repair and maintenance services including plumbing, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC maintenance and snow plowing. With completing maintenance in-house we have found an approximate 25% savings in job costs by avoiding subcontractors. However, if there is something where a subcontractor is needed, CDW has an extensive network of highly qualified and screened subcontractors that we use and oversee to complete projects. The combination of a full-time staff and a close relationship with other professionals allows Central Park Management to provide fast, low cost and effective services to our clients.
