Central Park Management is looking for a hard working, self-motivated person with general repair knowledge to join our busy property management maintenance department.
The ideal candidate will:
Have general knowledge in basic plumbing, electric, painting, troubleshooting appliances, etc.
Knowledge/Experience with operating a snow plow is a plus, but not necessary
Own a basic set of tools and use for assigned work
Work in both a team environment and independently
Ability to take direction
Good at problem solving
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Must live locally
Must be presentable/groomed
Must provide good customer service
Must feel comfortable with entering minor information into software via phone app
Dependent on experience $16-$20/hours
Full-time position (40 hours a week) includes benefits (paid holidays and health insurance)
