Working Closely with our management team to assist in managing the day-to-day bookkeeping requirements for managing properties in our portfolio (including Associations, Self-Storage, Commercial, and Long-Term Rentals). Answering phones, assisting customers, supporting the Team in providing high quality services to our clients. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Salary: $41,600 + health insurance & benefits

Month End Preparations
Answering Phones & Assisting Customers
Helping Walk-In Customers
Manage Books for Storage Operation
Rent Storage Units, Execute Agreements

Central Park Management is looking for maintenance team members to join our company. Job entails performing maintenance and site inspections for Homeowner's Associations, long-term rentals, commercial properties, and storage facilities. This is a full time, year round position with benefits.
The ideal candidate will:
Have general knowledge in basic plumbing, electric, painting, troubleshooting appliances, etc.
Knowledge/Experience with operating a snow plow is a plus, but not necessary
Own a basic set of tools and use for assigned work
Work in both a team environment and independently
Ability to take direction
Good at problem solving
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Must live locally
Must be presentable/groomed
Must provide good customer service
Must feel comfortable with entering minor information into software via phone app
Dependent on experience $18-$20
